Our significant role in Alberta
As a key asset of the province, the Government of Alberta and our industry partners invest in us to advance the Alberta economy by creating sustainable prosperity - jobs, wealth, and well-being. We leverage this investment through our work with Canadian and international industry, universities and colleges and other government organizations to significantly increase the leverage of this investment.
ARC will achieve its goals through the following four strategies:- Focus - initiatives of strategic importance to Alberta and its future
- Alliances - establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key organizations within Alberta's innovation/commercialization system
- Capacity - build and sustain capacity to support innovation
- Efficiency - increase ARC efficiency and productivity to optimize value from Government of Alberta investment in ARC
