Overview

The Alberta Research Council Library supports the research of ARC scientific and technical staff. The total collection contains 40,000+ volumes and 150+ current periodical subscriptions. We are members of NEOS - a consortium of 18 government, health, college and university libraries in central Alberta, including the University of Alberta library. Anyone may use our collections in person.

There are photocopy machines at all ARC library locations. We extend borrowing privileges to those with a valid NEOS or "One Card" library card. We do not accept Edmonton Public Library cards or TAL Cards. If you do not have a NEOS card or One Card, you must arrange to have your local library request an interlibrary loan on your behalf.

We offer online database search services and subsequent document delivery to non-ARC staff at a cost.
